Lauryn De Ruyck

Lauryn De Ruyck (18) is a student at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts (KASK) in Ghent. Her choreography is part of her final project at secondary school and her first experience as a choreographer for a group of 5 dancers, including herself.

Lauryn: “Expressing my creativity has always been something I have needed in my life, but this choreography led me to the conclusion that this is something I want to carry on with. In particular, I wanted to develop this performance with professional coaching, and the Dance Showcase is the perfect opportunity to do that.”
