Meri Karapetyan

Meri comes from a family where almost everyone was involved in dance. So she caught the dance bug very early on. Meri’s grandfather directed several dance schools in both Armenia and Belgium, and Meri was glad to take over his role. She sees dance as one of the best ways to express herself, to relax, and also to spark positive feelings in other people.

“I want to get better acquainted with cultural diversity in Belgium by participating in the Dance Showcase (Dansvitrine). I am looking forward to showing my choreography and am curious to find out the opinion of professionals who have been working in the sector for a long time. I am very grateful to the Dance Showcase for this opportunity.”
